Accessibility Statement

RightEx works to make this website clear, convenient and usable for people with a range of disabilities. Accessibility is built into the structure of the website and does not depend solely on the accessibility toolbar.

Accessibility standard and objective

The website was designed with the aim of meeting Israeli Standard 5568 at Level AA, which is based on WCAG 2.0 as adopted in Israel. In our design and testing, we also aim to follow relevant WCAG 2.2 Level AA principles. This statement does not claim certification by an independent third party.

Accessibility adjustments implemented on the website

  • Semantic page structure, clearly defined regions and headings arranged according to the content hierarchy.
  • A skip link to the main content, with navigation controls and forms designed for keyboard use.
  • Visible focus indicators, sufficiently large interactive targets, text contrast and a responsive layout suitable for narrow screens and zoom.
  • Clear form labels and error messages, with telephone numbers and email addresses displayed in the correct text direction.
  • Support for right-to-left and left-to-right text according to the language of each page.
  • Support for reduced-motion and increased-contrast preferences configured in the operating system.
  • An accessibility toolbar for increasing text size and spacing, underlining links, reducing motion and enabling high contrast.

Known limitations

Links to external sources lead to websites that are not controlled by RightEx and may have a different level of accessibility. If an external source is not accessible to you, please contact us. Where possible, we will try to provide the essential information in an alternative format without compromising copyright or the accuracy of the source.

Reporting an accessibility issue

If you encounter a difficulty, please include, where possible, the page address, the action you attempted, the browser and device you used, and the adjustment you need. You may contact us by telephone at 052-957-0027 or by email at rightex2@gmail.com. We will review the request and, where possible, offer an accessible alternative way to receive the service or information.

Accessibility contact

The RightEx service team also handles accessibility inquiries. Contact us by telephone at 052-957-0027 or by email at rightex2@gmail.com, and tell us what adjustment you require. If information or an action cannot be accessed online, we will work to offer an accessible alternative wherever reasonably possible.
