Information we collect
When you submit a request for a callback, we store only the information you choose to provide: Full name, Phone number, Inquiry topic, An optional brief, general message.
Storage and access
The information is stored in the website’s private database. Access is limited to authorized RightEx personnel through a private administrative page that requires authentication. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system is completely secure. Your inquiry is not displayed on the public website. RightEx does not publish or sell the information you submit through the form.
Purposes and retention
We use the information to respond to you or call you back, conduct an initial review of your inquiry, coordinate any follow-up, and document and track the handling of the inquiry. Inquiry records are retained for up to 12 months to allow us to respond and follow up. Records that reach the end of the retention period are removed during routine deletion processes, unless they are deleted earlier in response to a valid request.
Spam prevention
To limit automated or repeated submissions, the site creates a short-lived, pseudonymous technical identifier by hashing connection data together with a one-hour time window. This identifier is stored separately for up to two hours and is used only to enforce submission limits. The contact form does not store the raw IP address as part of the inquiry record.
Access, correction, and deletion
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted by contacting us at the phone number or email address below. We will verify the request and respond within a reasonable period of time.
